I am avid user of Google meet. I use it for almost any other meetings be it my internal team or other teams and even stakeholders and vendors for the organization. It has a significant importance and due to its borderless integration I use it to connect to the teams based out of my country's geographical borders. Moreover it becomes highly feasible and easy for me to set up meetings with anyone because of the find a time feature and also send them a invite and reminders without me having to take no additional steps for the same.
  • Meeting Scheduling
  • Timely reminders
  • FInding Timing slot between meeting stakeholders
• Advanced Screen sharing options
  • Blurring backgrounds
  • Adjusting auto focus
  • Emoticons
  • Real time screen usage for marking
  • Poll features on chat
  • Chat specific enabling options
For an internal more confidential meeting , Google meet is the best place as it offers a sense of confidentiality and the secured number of users who can actually access the meeting whereas a more interactive digital workshop type session is where google meet is the least prefered option.

Google's meet has its own best benefits for me and gives me my thinking to share the others for individuals, teams, or staff easy. One of my best benefits is creating meetings with individuals or my colleagues.
  • connect with abundant staffs easily
  • time has a value. means, it gives one meeting with many peoples in the same link
  • it allows a participant QA and contributions by audio, video and SMS also.
  • it can connect to G MAIL
  • it support by google slide, power point and the same platforms also
  • it has a participant limitations,so,its not good
  • it is only manageable by admin or host
  • it has no any offline platforms
I recommend for my colleague or friends .Because of easy to use, it is free ,it allows a small meeting up to 100 person to join at a time, no time limitations for a video and audio conference and background features make. Google meet more user friendly. Featuring collaboration tools, and automatic meeting recording, Google Meet is an excellent video conferencing application.

Google Hangouts Meet along with the entire Google suite is very useful when it comes to connectivity as well as the ability to sync various meetings in your calendar so that no one can miss any important meeting in their day.
The users also get the flexibility to use either the web client or the mobile client which enhances the mobility that the users can experience when using Google Hangouts Meet.
  • Aligning the meetings based on the calendar times of all users.
  • Supported all across the globe to ensure that no one is missing from the action.
  • Support for inviting users from other platforms and managing the guests properly.
  • Large chat rooms and screen recording and sharing abilities.
  • The overall user experience can be improved when it comes to multi user meetings.
  • The mobile app can be Improved to allow the user to choose the audience he wants in focus.
  • The integrations with Gmail can be improved to add the meetings as an overlay.
Google Hangouts Meet is best when it is to be used as the primary communication tool between the clients and the users of the company.
It is great as it allows the user to seamlessly switch from Google Calendar to the meeting and the users can manage not just the invitees but also the other non invited people.

Google meet is now the main tool for conferencing, meetings with staff, customers, or suppliers within the organization.
  • Can allow multiple participants including externals
  • Can share documents during the meeting or share screen
  • Can manage other participants
  • Can now include CC
  • Can be used from Mobile Devices
  • I would like to see and standalone desktop application (not an extension)
  • If the app could have a widget to see open contacts or calendar would be good but is not relevant at all
  • A PIN protection feature will be good to have more private meetings.
Google Meet is perfect for different scenarios and not only for business but it can also be used for Students groups as well. If a corporation has Google account the best is to take advantage of this free tool which is included in the license. There is one thing that Google meet can improve and is the PIN to set private meetings, within an organization people with the link can access (user can be blocked) but a PIN feature, it will make the meeting more secure when accessing from the app or web.

Google Hangouts Meet is used throughout my organization and not just my department. However, in my department, we mostly use it while making team strategies as it's quite an easy video conferencing tool. As a contact person, my department's job is to flow the information we receive throughout our organization, so Google Meet comes in handy when we are deciding to whom and where to pass the information. Our team joins for a conference call in Google Meet and we divide the work among our teammates.
  • First off, the quality of the call is pretty good, especially when all of us are working remotely.
  • We can easily schedule our meeting in Google Calendar.
  • Sending an invitation link is easy.
  • What makes Google Meet stand out from other video conferencing tools is that we can use it for an unlimited time, even if we use the free account.
  • There is no hand raise feature in a normal account on Google Meet, unlike in Zoom where participants can raise hands in meetings hosted from a normal account.
  • Having a grid view feature would take Google Meet to another level.
  • The meeting recording option is hard to find.
Google Meet is my go-to video conferencing call while having a team meeting. There is no hassle to start an impromptu meeting. One of my reasons behind using Google Meet in team meetings is that when one of the participants gets disconnected due to poor internet quality I don't have to accept them again while they rejoin the meeting. However, if I have to present something, the participants' screens sometimes become frozen. This is not an appropriate situation while giving a presentation because I've already moved ahead and my participants are stuck in some other irrelevant slide of my presentation.

We have been using Google Meet for a very long time now to hold web meetings. It is to make quick calls and connect with teammates and clients. It is so easy to use and the ease of integration with other Google products makes it even better. The software is used across all departments and it makes connectivity easy.
  • Google Meet is easy to use and offers great features
  • The quality of video and audio is amazing
  • Deployment is easy
  • Never buffers when network is unstable
  • No recording option for free users
  • The free version comes with limited features
Google Meet is ideal for a mid-size company. It has been working well for us and it meets all our connectivity needs. Google Meet is also suitable for people using Google products because it easily integrates with other Google products.

Hangouts Meet is our go to option when it comes to a quick call or discussion. Apart from one on one audio/video calls, we use it to setup meetings in the team. Its used in the whole organization. It helps us with quick and easy connectivity with each other, let it be amongst the team or with the customers.
  • Low data usage. Works perfectly fine even on slow network.
  • No installation needed. Web version is all you need. Fully supported my major web browsers like Chrome & Edge.
  • Captions are great. Non-native English speakers may find it useful. Just turn on the Captions and it starts translating the audio in real-time.
  • Support background images. Definitely useful when we need to hide our room condition.
  • Breakout room, polls, Q&A options are added advantage.
  • Not suited when we have to address a huge set of people. We usually face problems when we have more than 60 participants and prefer other platforms.
  • Each participant is shown as a tile which could have been made resizable.
  • Recording is like a basic need. It should be made available to free users as well.
I feel its not really useful for online teaching as it misses on whiteboard. But it still a very good tool for quick meetings and presentations. I feel its best suited whenever you are in hangouts chat and want to have a quick meeting.
Its integration with calendar makes it really useful. This makes it easier to include meeting URL in the invite. It also get the attachments automatically from your calendar when you are in meeting.
It works even when you have a slow network. The mobile application is equally useful and dependable.

Google Hangouts is used as a video conferencing application in our company since after the pandemic started. As our offices were forced to close for offline work, the members of the company decided to move to Google Hangouts/Google Meet for the meetings with our clients. We usually talk with our clients and peers using the application.
  • Easy to use
  • Bug friendly
  • Good Screen Sharing capablity
  • Very good video quality
  • Inviting members in the meeting
  • Live Polling in the meeting
  • Document Sharing
Google Hangouts Meet is the perfect application to use when you have a low budget for video conferences or company meetings as the application is itself free of cost to use. The add-on google calendar also helps to arrange the meetings. Further, it is very convenient to conduct online classes for school or college-going students too.

As we are involved in an IT based company we use Google Hangouts Meet among ourselves most of the time as well as when needed we perform meeting with our clients as well. We do share our informations among our-self specially when anyone working from home or outside of office.
  • It’s a very well decorated and one kind of classic softwares.
  • It’s based on cloud basis so easily can use from anywhere you wanted.
  • Video quality is satisfied.
  • The other features including sharing files is also very easy.
  • It’s nonetheless a very well performing software.
  • Sometimes too much load of audience make some difficulties to perform any meeting as video interrupted.
  • And sometimes audio quality differs slightly late to reach.
In case of any meeting that you wanted to perform with any parts of the world, it is very much able to do best. It’s safe and secured. It’s almost free of costs that's the best thing of google meets. Hanging out from anyplace where net is available suits well. Video, audio quality, sounds, sharing, and receiving of anything is flexible. Recording of important data or file is supportive. But sometimes permission access cost you some times needed to be more quickly.

We use Google Hangouts Meet to have staff meetings and training, multiple departments across the whole company use it as it's an easy and quick way to get together in a meeting. Now that we're working from home, it has been crucial to the quick communication between staff members and other departments.
  • First and foremost, it's free. It has a limited amount of users and time, but the value is great.
  • It's easy to access, as you don't have to download any application and the connection to the servers is great.
  • The user interface is simple and clear for everyone, you may not be able to use it with children, but everyone is able to read and act accordingly when performing a task (sharing screens, sharing files, chatting, turning features off and on, etc.).
  • You can use features in Google's portfolio to your advantage while using it
  • It doesn't have all the features that other meeting/training options have, like annotations that are easy to use or remote control when sharing a screen
For meetings that are quick, simple, and without a lot of people, is perfect. Everyone can join quickly and control their screen how they like it, also there isn't a lot of setups needed.
Webinars or presentations where participation is not completely necessary are great in Google Hangouts Meet too.
For training classes where the participants need to control the presenter's computer or someone would like to annotate directly in someone else's computer, it might not be ideal, as you could do it downloading an extension, but it's not integrated.

We use Google Hangouts Meet in my department, but not organization-wide. It’s a tool we can use to meet quickly. It’s free, convenient, and easy to use. What also helps with the use of Google Hangouts Meet is that we can easily access other Google items during our meetings. We tend to use Google software to save and edit documents. In addition, signing in and out of hangout is not difficult. Most of the software used by the university has at least a 2-step sign-in process.
  • General compatibility with other Google software such as drive
  • Instant messaging
  • Engagement - ability to use emojis, send photos, etc
  • Recording - I’ve never noticed this feature
  • Sometimes the video quality isn’t the best
  • Unlike Microsoft Teams, cannot preset away status
We use Google Hangouts Meet for more informal meetings where we are doing more team building or informal planning or brainstorming. We have a team of students that have worked with us over the years. Google Hangouts Meet is perfect for group reunions and informal office meetings because of the ease of use and simple sign-up and sign-in.

Google Hangouts is a great way to meet with potential clients virtually. That is especially important right now, with the Covid virus still running rampant and people are unwilling to meet face to face. Google Hangouts Meet is easy to download and use. It is easy to dial into meetings with other people.
  • Ease of use is the biggest strength. Even children are able to use this app.
  • Free to download.
  • Valuable tool for meeting with people virtually right now.
  • I do not have any suggestions for improvement.
  • The app works really well as it is right now.
  • Please do not change any of the features. It functions really well.
It is well-suited for meeting virtually with clients so that you don't have to interact on a one-on-one basis while the virus is still around. I would probably prefer not to meet virtually after the virus is gone because you use a personal touch. But overall, this app is very good for virtual meetings.

Our group presently uses Google Hangouts Meet as a critical tool within online instruction through COVID. We are engaging students across all classrooms, contents, and grade levels with direct, live instruction, as well as recorded lessons with asynchronous learners. We also utilize it for building-wide and district-wide meetings, engaging all staff simultaneously.
  • Integration of other apps, like JamBoard
  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Integrated with Google Calendar
  • Breakout rooms for smaller group discussion
  • Difficult to re-add individuals who have been removed from video
  • Default setting to “Spotlight” or “Grid View” can be challenging
  • Limited connectivity with large groups
As we work to provide instruction during a global pandemic, we are moving from in-person to remote learning fluidly. Using Google Hangouts Meet, students are able to see the teacher as well as the instruction provided on a Google Chrome tab or other connected device. Through presenting their screen, presenters can share a presentation with viewers while still being able to interact. Similarly, the chat and closed captioning features make accessibility even easier to solidify.

Google Meet is being used by my organisation for its simplicity and stable communication. It's very easy to enter the meeting and get started. The screen sharing feature works perfectly to help conduct conference effectively. Clients and trainees can also use realtime speech to text feature even in the version. The time limit in the free version is 60 minutes which is enough to run a training session and online classes. The app takes a very small space and runs smoothly even in low end devices.
  • Their Speech to Text feature is very useful.
  • The shared screen can be zoomed and the contents get more detailed which helps the user to notice small details.
  • The video feed is very stable and clear unlike others video conference apps.
  • If you get kicked out of meeting due to bad network you can easily rejoin without any hassle.
  • Sometimes the app closes suddenly.
  • The free version has fewer features.
Google Hangouts Meet is best suited for online classes by integrating it with Google Classroom and Google Forms. But I don't think It can used to hold online examinations effectively.

We use Meet across the organization as our go-to resource for remote meetings. Now that we are all remote, we rely on Meet to replace what would otherwise be in-person face time. The entire organization uses it, but some team still rely on free Zoom accounts for external meetings. Meet allows us to easily stay connected without having to add operational expenses.
  • There is lots of customization to the platform through add-ons.
  • It is convenient and easy to integrate since we utilize G Suite.
  • It's hard to beat a system that is entirely free!
  • Meet as it comes doesn't have a great way to handle large meetings.
  • I don't like the way they hide the mute button. It's a disruptive view to mute/unmute.
  • Chat box is the only way to document collaborations within the meeting.
Meet is great for internal, small, and casual conversations. It is a great substitute for a quick swing by someones desk or a quick morning check-in. Meet is not great for large meetings. Meet is also not great for meetings that require a lot of collaboration and brain storming, since it is hard to capture within Meet.

We use Google Hangouts Meet as our free video conference tool. We love how easy it is to schedule with our calendar events. In sales, I use it to do demos and talk with potential clients.
  • Very easy to use
  • Simple to set up meetings
  • Able to make video call easy to join
  • Sound quality (talking when others are talking)
  • More customizable screen viewing/experience
  • Better picture quality
Google Hangouts Meet is great when you want a quick call. It's not the best when you have a big presentation or need a lot of discussion back and forth.

My organization uses Google Hangouts Meet to informally connect with colleagues. It is used across the whole organization. Its integration with Gsuite is its best feature and makes working remotely very efficient and easy. Google Hangouts Meets integration with Gmail and Gsuite is the icing on the cake when it comes to solving business problems and also replaces tools like Slack. With Google Hangouts Meet, we do not have to pay for another conversation platform.
  • Video Conferencing
  • Instant Text
  • File Sharing
  • Social Connectivity
  • Free International Calling
  • UI/UX
  • Features like changing background in Video Chat
  • Screen Control
Google Hangouts Meet is a very efficient tool for informal texts and video/voice calls. Lack of features makes it less appropriate for official work like meetings and screen sharing.

Google Hangouts Meet is being used by different teams in my department as a way to communicate remotely. It doesn't address a particular business problem per se but definitely helps with communication in a remote environment.
  • Ease of access
  • Price
  • One-click login
  • Video and audio quality
  • It doesn't work efficiently for more than 10 group of people.
  • Accessibility with other web browsers such as Firefox, UC Browser, and Safari.
Google meet is well suited if you are video calling with maybe 3- 4 people. It has good audio and video quality and can be accessed through one-click login via Gmail. Anyone can record the meeting, although the recording will be stored in the cloud of the host. However, in scenarios where attendees need to be muted, anyone can do that, which means I can mute an attendee and remove them from the conference. Therefore, this authority needs to be done with as only the host should have the ability to mute or remove a particular attendee.

It is used across the whole organization. With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, our district turned to Google Apps for education to provide remote learning services to our students. We purchased Google Apps, and I became of the administrators for the service. We ran an experiment to find out whether this purchase would be worth it by having some teachers operate the free version while having some teachers use Hangouts Meet (purchased). We gleaned that Meet provided much higher quality video calls and is much better suited for the business or school platforms.
  • High quality video on video calls
  • High quality audio on video calls
  • The ability to present ones screen, optimal for presentations and such
  • The tiled view has a glitch in which it occasionally does not work.
  • Options to “raise a hand” virtually to get the attention of a teacher if used in an education setting
  • The ability to mute particular members of the call
Google Hangouts Meet is well suited for business meetings, educational lectures, and presentations, particularly of the Slideshow format. It is phenomenal for meetings in which groups of more than two people are present, and it is very good for having meetings in which one person (like a teacher or supervisor) is leading the discussion. It is less appropriate for informal video calls for recreation, because it has a pretty professional look and there is no funny business (you cannot change your background or use stickers like Zoom)
